Verantis provides complete rotary kiln incineration packages for processing any combination of industrial or hazardous solid, sludge and liquid waste streams. Rotary kiln systems provide the highest level of flexibility for simultaneously processing a wide variety of mixed waste streams with large variations in heating value.
Verantis provides complete systems including a broad range of waste storage and feed systems (ram feeders, sludge feed systems, liquid injection systems), complete combustion system packages as well many different options for continuous ash removal.
Our systems also include demonstrated thermal treatment technologies that have successfully met all European Community (EC), United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), Chinese GB and Saudi Royal Commission regulations. Our approach is to provide a completely integrated package including all of the required system components beginning with waste storage and handling and continuing through to the final air pollution control system making Verantis a single source provider of the entire plant.
