For sticky, oily or soluble aerosol emissions, our High Efficiency Aerosol Filtration Systems (HEAF) and Cleanable High Efficiency Aerosol Filtration Systems (CHEAF) equipment provide extremely high removal efficiencies (99.99+%) for a wide variety of traditionally difficult to control submicron aerosol emissions. These systems utilize a fiberglass or polyester filter media and the principles of impaction, interception and Brownian motion to provide extremely high removal efficiencies for many different applications including the plasticizer, asphalt saturator and food processing industries.
In addition, Verantis also offers a complete line of custom engineered chevron style mist eliminator systems for more traditional aerosol and mist elimination applications.
