Baghouse
Verantis has the capabilities to provide a full range of dry scrubbing technologies for industrial applications. Our technologies include fabric filter baghouses for particulate removal and product recovery applications as well as chemical storage and injection systems for dry scrubbing of acid gasses and removal of heavy metal compounds and Dioxin/Furans. Verantis will provide a completely integrated dry scrubbing system solution, custom designed for your application. Our systems typically include the baghouse, chemical/reagent storage and feed system and spent chemical/particulate disposal system as well. We essentially provide a complete package that includes all of the required equipment and a performance guarantee for the entire system.
In addition to dry scrubbing systems, we also provide combination dry and wet scrubbing systems which can provide even higher removal efficiencies for gaseous emissions such as HCl and sulfur dioxide.
Custom designed evaporative cooling systems are also available for high temperature applications to cool the process gas stream to a temperature that’s suitable for the dry scrubbing system.
